Laser surgery techniques in Laryngology

Yakubu Karagama (Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist) is delighted to invite ENT surgeons for training in laser techniques to be held at the University of Manchester Medical School. Otolaryngologists wanting to acquire training in laser laryngeal surgery and airway surgeries will benefit from working closely over two days with globally renowned surgeons for enhanced surgical application.

The duration of the course will consist of understanding laser physics and choosing the correct instrumentation for applications as well as discussions, video cases and an opportunity to bring cases for review. Delegates will have access to fresh cadavers for practical application in various laryngeal techniques supported by experts for optimum outcomes.
